Order procedure and FAQ's
When you submit your order on our website, a confirmation will be emailed to you immediately, please check your email inbox. This is does not mean that your order has been shipped, it is only an indication that your order has been successfully placed and is in queue for processing.
If you do not receive a confirmation within a couple hours, please contact us by email or phone.
We inspect all orders for problems (out of stock items, payment issues, compatibility issues, etc.), and contact you by email or phone if any are encountered.
If an order does not require any further intervention, your order is then processed, packed and shipped out.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but orders containing out-of-stock items and/or custom wheels, and large or complicated orders do not always ship immediately.
When successfully shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
Order with confidence! Pretty much anything you order from BMX Direct may be returned for a refund or exchange- as long as it is new and unused/ unwashed and in its original packaging. Feel free to give us a shout if you are unsure or have any questions.

BMX Direct offers no warranty on any product other than BMX Direct branded items.
The customer should contact the manufacturer first regarding warranty questions, and they will often facilitate replacement directly.
In other instances, we will facilitate replacement when authorized to do so by the manufacturer.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved, including shipping a defective product to our offices and shipping a replacement back to the customer.

Electronic or EFT payments from your internet banking is also a winner, be sure to send us your proof of payment when it done. This will speed things up, alot.

The bmxdirect.net website is SSL Secure (256 bit encryption). We use PayGate to take care of all our secure online Credit Card Transactions, they do a good job of it too.
Credit Card payments processed by bmxdirect.net are approved and verified by both Visa and Master Card. We're good like that.
How long does delivery take you ask? Well that depends on a number of factors... but in most cases the 1 to 2 days to Gauteng and surrounding areas, it takes around 3 to 4 days for your package to arrive if you live in the Eastern or Western Cape area.
We use a number of different delivery services for out going orders. 90% of the time your package will be delivered to your house by the driver. Someone will need to sign for it at the door, so be sure Granny is there armed with a pen and reading glasses. Sometimes we may ship your order with post office mail, in this case you will need to collect from your local post office.
Once your order has been dispatched from BMX Direct we have no direct control of the parcel any longer. So please make sure your delivery address is 100% correct. And remember to include your Postal Code, this is VERY important! A phone number that we can call anytime during the day helps if we need to get hold of you.
Rather give too much info than too little.
Tracking your Order
Its not that hard! Once your order has been Completed and you receive an email with your tracking number, you may then call the relevant Courier company to check the status of your package.
YO! TAKE NOTE! We are not responsible for late or non-delivered items! Please take this up with the Courier Company in question. If you have any questions about your order (Incorrect tracking number, the date we shipped your item) we will gladly provide this on the phone or via email.
