The Easter Street Mob BMX jam 2015 – Event Announcement.
The Easter Street Mob BMX jam supported by MONSTER ENERGY, BMXDIRECT, RVCA, SKABANGA, LOOT, DC SHOES AFRICA, SKULLCANDY and STYLED COUTURE.
The format will run like a Street Series style event, starting at St.George’s Cricket Stadium front entrance as the meet up spot to receive a short briefing. Then departing from the stadium as a group and head into the untamed streets of Port Elizabeth @ 11:am sharp ( Get there early as not to miss the group! )
The designated route will consist of four spot stops equipped with an array of mobile ramps and rails that will be set up to your liking! Accompanied with awesome spot prizes up for grabs at each spot stop! The designated route will conclude at the Donkin bike.co around 5:00pm, where the prize giving will commence followed by a product toss or two.
Riders prizes are as follows:
Best trick
Best bail
Best up and comer
Best grind
Highest hop
Rider of the day
After prize giving, all the mobile obstacles will be set out for an open ride followed by a video premiere over some ice cold drinks from Monster Energy ! All are welcome, tell a friend to bring a friend and come have a sesh with us!

I know I’m commenting even though the event was in April but I wanted to find out whether this event was strictly a professional event or if amateurs such as myself could also join in. I can 180, 360, manual, nose manual and bunny hop quite high but I’m still learning my barspins and tailwhip.
