Here is a list of the known various bottom bracket types/sizes as well as hub bearing sizes you get for anew standard BMX types. (Mid BB, Spanish, Euro)
This should be helpful when ordering or looking for replacements.
How to find out your bearing size!
Most if not all bearings have the size printed on the seal of the bearing, if not on the seal, then its laser etched into the bearing itself. See image below. The size is printed in numbers, then the code/ style/ type of bearing comes after.
So the code may be “6908”and the style of bearing “2RS” or “ZZ”.
ZZ indicates Steal Seal or a metal, non-water proof seal.
2RS indicated 2 rubber seals, water resistant.
Using the diagram below you can see how to measure your bearing and select the right size below.

“What’s the difference between the 19mm Primo mid BB and the Spanish BB?”
The main difference between the 2 types is the outer diameter of the bearing.
The ‘Mid’ bearing is 41mm on the outside and a ‘Spanish’ BB is 37mm.
So depending on the frame you have you should choose the correct option.

Do u have the 5902-RS bearing??
No sorry, we dont stock that size.
I have a bike I have had for awhile now need new crank bearings and I can’t find the specs for the bike tried using the serial number and not sure if or how I can measure it to find the size
I just updated the post on how to measure the a bearing. If you can measure it accurately and match the sizes below you should know which is the correct one to get.
What size bottom bracket does the Wethepeople Justice frame and fork ( the 2014 model) have here at BMX Direct? I want to build up a bike out of it, and don’t know which BB kit to get.
The Wethepeople uses a Mid bb, but the size depends on the crankset you will get. Either 19mm or 22mm.
Thanks! I wondered if you knew what size dropout the forks have as well, 14mm 0r 10mm? BTW I have a 19mm crankset, so it will work just fine.
Hmm, not sure. Very likely a 10mm dropout. You can measure it with a ruler.
Otherwise you can send me a whatsapp message form the website if you need any additional help!
