    Here’s a look inside the new Primo Balance freecoaster hub.

    Note the paper washer between the lock nut and driver. You may need to add or remove to create a gap. See next photo.

    A small gap needs to be visible for the hub to run smooth.

    Be sure to put the driver side lock nut in place before knocking the axle back into the hub. Or the axle will not seat itself in the center.

    * Do not over grease. Infact, the less grease the better

    * Adding more spacers to the axle will decrease/make the slack smaller. Removing spacers, makes the gap/ slack bigger

    *Do not remove the driver from the hub shell unless it is necessary
