Here’s what you need; rag, grease and an 8mm allen key (a 6mm works too)Pull your old pedals off, clean the threads in your crank arms.Be sure match the spindle marked “R” with the right side crank arm, or the spindle will not screw in.Slide the PBE body on to the spindle, apply a little grease on the spindle. Take note of the steel collar that needs to push up against the pedal body/crank arm.Slot you allen key into the back of the pedal axle. Crank it down nice and snug. Remember pedal threads always tighten forwards(towards the front of the bike)-when the bike is right way up.Looking good. Now get out there and ride!
